一、等间隔期定期进货法在目前,设备维修备件还不可能随时随地用一件买一件,除特殊件外,绝大部分备件还是按预修计划或数理统计方法“定期进货”。从编制备件订货计划来看,常常习惯按一定“间隔周期”确定需要量,如一周、一月、一季等等。但是进货的间隔期都有相同和不同之分。我们的根本目的还是寻求经济批量。所谓等间隔期定期进货法”,就是事先根据经验,人为地划分几种进货间隔期,然后依据“总费用=总订货费用+总储存费用”,计算不同进货间隔期的总费用
