On the morning of January 25, members of the education sector at the third session of the Tenth Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference are conducting panel discussions. Vice-governor Chen Hua came to the venue to discuss issues related to education with members. I made my point about special education: According to the Second National Disability Survey in 2006, the enrollment rate of school-age disabled children is only 63.20%.
