病例一患者,男,23岁,因2个月右侧鼻塞于1988年1月2日住我院耳科。入院前2个月无明显诱因右侧鼻塞伴黄脓涕及嗅觉减退,在外院诊为“鼻窦炎”,给抗感染治疗无效。2周前右侧上4、5和6齿活动,牙龈肿。入院后上颌窦肿物活检证实为右上颌窦 NHL,组织细胞型,Ⅱ期 B。立即给~(60)Co 治疗,右上颌窦6000Rads,右颈部4000Rads。好转后在肿瘤门诊用 COPP 方案化疗,每两周用药5天为一疗程,6个疗程后未再随诊。5个月后发现右腰部一个
Case of a patient, male, 23 years old, 2 months due to the right side of the nasal obstruction in January 2, 1988 live in our hospital. 2 months before admission, there was no obvious incentive for the right stuffy nose with yellow purulent nasal discharge and olfactory dysfunction, diagnosed as “sinusitis” in the outpatient hospital, giving anti-infective treatment ineffective.
