做好粘结片(也称半固化片)是做好覆铜板的首要条件。如覆铜板的厚度精度,覆铜板的外观,覆铜板的平整度,覆铜板层压过程流胶成型都与粘结片的质量相关。粘结片的质量与制造粘结片所采用原材料,主要为基材(FR-4产品为玻璃纤维布)质量;环氧树脂的质量,树脂配方;上胶机精度;生产工艺等条件相关。这些问题分别在相关章节予以论述,本文重点讲玻璃纤维布和生产工艺方面问题。1.玻璃纤维布
Good bonding sheet (also known as prepreg) is the primary condition for CCL. Such as the thickness of CCL precision CCL appearance, CCL flatness, CCL laminating process of plastic molding are related with the quality of the adhesive sheet. The quality of the adhesive sheet is related to the quality of the raw materials used for manufacturing the adhesive sheet, mainly the quality of the substrate (FR-4 product is glass fiber cloth), the quality of the epoxy resin, the formulation of the resin, the precision of the gluing machine and the production process.
