1968年苏联在下塔吉尔钢铁公司投产了第一台弧型连续镑钢机(图1),这套设备是由乌拉尔重型机器厂设计和制造的,它是一台现代化高生产率的装置,可以生产优质大断面铸坯。设备结构下塔吉尔的弧型连铸机是按下述原则方案设计制造的。结晶器为弧型,亦即其工艺中心线是按圆弧作成的。结晶器外弧半径为7米。二冷区由三段组成。紧靠结晶器的一段,其工艺中心线的圆弧半径与结晶器圆弧半径相同。第一段的长度为5.3米。第二段的工艺中心线为一平滑的曲线,一端与第一段相接,另一端与水平的直线段相接,为这一段所选的曲线为等轴双曲线,其原始方程式为:
In 1968 the Soviet Union commissioned the first arc-type continuous pounding machine at Nizhny Tagil Iron and Steel (Figure 1), designed and manufactured by the Ural Heavy Machinery Plant, a modern high-productivity unit that produces High-quality large cross-section billet. Under the structure of the device, Tagar’s arc-type caster is designed and manufactured according to the following principles. Mold for the arc, that is, the center line of the process is made of arcs. Mold outside the arc radius of 7 meters. Second cold zone consists of three sections. Close to a section of the mold, the arc radius of its center line of the mold and the mold radius of the same arc. The length of the first paragraph is 5.3 meters. The second stage of the process center line is a smooth curve, one end connected with the first paragraph, the other end connected with the horizontal straight line segment, the curve selected for this paragraph is the equiaxed hyperbola, the original equation is:
