1995年5月5日,中国武功学院淄博文武学校学生90余人早餐食用食堂油条、豆浆.食后20分钟.80余人出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等中毒症状.经对症治疗,很快痊愈,经市食品卫生监督机构反复调查、询问、用早餐学生中,只吃油条未喝豆浆者无一人发病;用早餐较晚者虽喝豆浆但也无人发病;用餐较早喝豆浆者均发病.故怀疑系豆浆未煮熟引起的食物中毒.为此对中毒剩余样品进行了豆浆脲酶试验、油条酸败试验,对新鲜生豆浆作了不同温度下豆浆脲酶反应情况试验.现将实验结果报告如下:1 材料与方法
