独立学院作为新兴的高校育人模式,应当承担人才培养、科技富民、文化建设、文化传承及思想道德建设等任务。创建学习型学生党组织是独立学院学生全面发展全面提升学生的综合素质既是社会发展的要求,也是建设优秀校园文化的需要。同步推进学习型学生党组织建设和校园建设是推动高校建设的重要保障。正确的借助学习型学生党组织建设有利于独立学院校园文化的培养,有利于独立学院全面健康发展。
As an emerging model of college education, independent colleges should undertake such tasks as personnel training, science and technology enriching the people, cultural construction, cultural inheritance and ideological and moral construction. Establishing learning student party organizations is an important task for students in Independent Colleges to develop all-roundly, comprehensively and comprehensively to enhance students’ overall qualities, not only for social development but also for building excellent campus culture. The simultaneous promotion of learning student party organizations and campus construction is an important guarantee to promote the construction of colleges and universities.
