定义了多值中智集、多值中智数及其期望值以及多值中智数的Hamming距离,并给出了其比较方法.针对准则值为多值中智数的多准则决策问题,将传统的交互式多准则决策(TODIM)方法扩展到多值中智环境中,提出一种基于多值中智集的多准则决策方法.该方法首先选定参考准则:然后以多值中智集的距离为基础构建方案间的价值函数,以得到方案间的优势矩阵,进而计算得到方案的综合排序值;最后通过实例分析表明了该方法的有效性和可行性.
We define the Hamming distance of multivalued Zhijie sets, multivalued Chinese numbers and their expectation and multivalued Chinese numbers, and give the comparison methods. For the multi-criteria decision making problem that the multivalued ZHI, The traditional interactive multi-criteria decision-making (TODIM) method extends to multi-valued Chinese and Chilean environment, and proposes a multi-criteria decision-making method based on multi-valued Chinese and Chilean intelligence.This method first selects the reference criterion: Based on the distance between two schemes, the value function between schemes is constructed to get the matrix of advantages between schemes, and then the comprehensive ranking value of scheme is calculated. Finally, an example is given to show the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
