煤电价格联动是我国在市场化进程中提出的一种过渡性的政策措施,可从一定程度上缓解煤电双方的矛盾。本文从分析煤电双方的利益关系入手,研究了煤炭价格变动对电价的影响机理,对煤电价格联动机制的理论进行了基础研究。 Coal price linkage is a transitional policy and measure put forward by our country in the process of marketization, which can ease the contradiction between coal and electricity to a certain extent. Based on the analysis of the interest relations between coal and electricity, this paper studies the mechanism of coal price impact on electricity price and conducts a basic research on the theory of coal price mechanism.
