德国的双元制职业教育模式,是由企业和学校各为一元,组成职业教育的两大支柱,突出特点是学校教学和生产紧密结合,企业广泛参与,这使得以培养生产第一线实际操作人员的职业教育真正成为受企业欢迎的教育。再看我国现在服装行业对人才的需求定位,主要是设计型人才和技术型人才。设计型人才具有较强的服装理论知识,先进的理念、敏锐的洞察力,创新的意识、灵活的思想;而技术性人才是企业创造产品的中间力量,是把设计师作品转化为企业产品的重要技术人才,是企业生存的命脉。而目前中职学校服装专业培养的专业人才在实际操作能力、创新能力及综合能力方面都相对薄弱,无法满足服装行业对服装人才的岗位要求。因此,中职学校服装专业实训教学必须改变传统教学观念,以战略性的眼光瞄准服装行业未来人才的发展趋势,针对性地进行
