有关霍奇金病(HD)细胞遗传学的报道极少,也缺乏其与临床病理学特征关系的研究。确定HD 核型困难之一是瘤细胞极少。然而。近来采用形态-抗体-染色体的方法发现HD 的克隆性染色体异常局限于R-S 细胞。本文着重描述未治60例HD 的染色体分析结果。
Little is known about Hodgkin’s disease (HD) cytogenetics and there is a lack of research on its relationship to clinicopathological features. One of the difficulties in determining HD karyotypes is the very few neoplastic cells. however. Recently, the use of morphological-antibody-chromosome method found that HD clonal chromosome abnormalities confined to R-S cells. This article focuses on the chromosomal analysis of 60 cases without HD.
