我院自1975年至今共收治残胃癌8例,除2例手术后衰竭死亡外,余6例随访5～11个月,全部死亡,平均6个月。同期共收治溃疡病人482例,全部行胃大部切除,其中采用Billroth Ⅱ式461例,Billroth-式21例,发生残胃癌8例,占同期总量1.65%,现将本组8例残胃癌再次手术情况及预后做如下分
In our hospital since 1975, 8 cases of gastric residual cancer were treated, except 2 cases of postoperative death failure, the remaining 6 cases were followed up for 5 to 11 months, all died, with an average of 6 months. In the same period, 482 patients with ulcer were treated, all of which underwent subtotal gastrectomy. Among them, 461 cases were Billroth Ⅱ and 21 cases were Billroth-type. There were 8 cases of residual gastric cancer, accounting for 1.65% of the total. Again surgery and prognosis to do the following points
