一、2009年工作回顾1.区域经济平稳快速增长综合实力稳步增强。实现地区生产总值451.8亿元,增长15.5%;完成地方财政收入20.46亿元,增长25.3%;完成全社会固定资产投资1 33.6亿元,增长10.3%;实现社会消费品零售总额338.5亿元,增长19%;城乡居民人均可支配收入分别达到21400元、14226元,增长9.2%、14.1%,主要经济指标保持全省率党、中部领先地位。产业发展更加高效。第三产业优势地位不断巩固。中央商务区建设步伐加快,楼宇经济蓬勃发展,新增商务楼宇面积约20万平方米,新增楼宇入驻企业570家,楼宇经济对地方财政收入的贡献
