过渡环节作为衔接幼儿园一日生活各环节的纽带,发挥着独特的教育价值与作用。针对目前幼儿园过渡环节的组织与实施处于“管与放”两种极端状态、幼儿身心活动节奏与教学节奏相背离、过渡环节内容游离于课程之外、组织形式较为单一的现状,在实践中探讨幼儿园可从调整一日生活作息、优化过渡环节结构、提升教师素养三个方面着手,优化过渡环节的组织与实施,使一日活动的“花絮”更具教育意义和价值,让幼儿在玩乐和顺利过渡中实现身心的和谐发展。
