围场满族蒙古族自治县属国家扶贫开发工作重点县,经济欠发达,村落分布点多面广,交通不便。该县利用中小学布局调整闲置的校舍,大力发展农村公办幼儿园,并努力做到标准化。仅仅用了3年时间,就实现了全县312个村学前教育的全覆盖,学前三年毛入园率达到90%以上。围场县的做法和经验,希望能给其他有着类似情况的地区提供有益的启示和借鉴。
Manchu and Mongolian Autonomous County is a national poverty alleviation and development key county, less developed economy, the village distribution of a wide range of areas, traffic inconvenience. The county uses the layout of primary and secondary schools to adjust idle school buildings, vigorously develop the rural public kindergartens, and strive to be standardized. It took only 3 years to realize the full coverage of preschool education in 312 villages in the county. The gross enrollment rate for the three years before the school year reached more than 90%. Yard County practices and experience, hoping to give other areas with similar conditions provide useful inspiration and reference.
