为了得到超宽带、大功率太赫兹波,提出了基于时域波形的超宽带太赫兹波空间功率合成的基本原理。利用标准数据进行了基于多路延迟和波形变换的空间功率合成数值模拟实验,得到了太赫兹波空间功率合成相关数据。结果表明,在超宽带太赫兹波空间功率合成物理实验中,飞秒激光辐射到各光导天线单元脉冲前沿可以存在一定的延迟;在光导天线优化设计和制备过程中,应特别注意减小太赫兹波上升沿的波形误差。
In order to obtain ultra-wideband and high-power terahertz waves, the basic principle of space-power synthesis of ultra-wideband terahertz waves based on time-domain waveforms is proposed. Based on the standard data, a numerical simulation of space power synthesis based on multi-path delay and waveform transformation was carried out, and the related data of space power synthesis of terahertz wave was obtained. The results show that there may be some delay in the pulse front of femtosecond laser radiation in ultra-wideband terahertz wave power synthesis experiment. In the optimization design and preparation of the optical waveguide antenna, special attention should be paid to the reduction of terahertz Waveform error of rising edge.
