急救气雾剂是根据中西医临床实践,采用安定(Diazepam)为主药,配伍中医古方“急救水”的有关组成成分:樟脑、薄荷、姜、藿香等药的挥发油制成的气雾剂。经临床试用于中暑危急患者,证明可以迅速解除中暑症状。本文采用氚气曝射标记安定加人急救药水中作成气雾剂喷雾,同时以急救药水灌胃,静注观察~3H-安定在小鼠体内的转运,并对三种给药途径的药物动力学进行了比较。经血药时程曲线分析,均属开放型二室模型,以计算各动力学参数。此外并测定了不同时间各组织放射性的分布以及~3H从尿粪排泄的情况。从喷
