为了建立一种快速、高效的同时测定茶叶中柠檬黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红和亮蓝等6种着色剂的固相萃取-反相高效液相色谱(SPE-RP-HPLC)方法,更好地了解市场上茶叶人为添加着色剂的情况,试验检测了随机抽取的一批市场上销售的茶叶,利用高效液相色谱法对样品进行检测分析,并将前处理方法进行改进优化。检测结果表明,在检测波长254 nm,甲醇-乙酸铵(20.0 mmol/L)的梯度洗脱条件下,样品中未检出掺入人工合成着色剂,6种混合组分在范围内线性良好(r~2>0.99),加标回收率为83.2%~97.2%,RSD均小于3%,检出限为0.04~0.11mg/kg,定量限为0.17~0.51 mg/kg,可满足日常食品安全检测。
