学困生转化是每一个老师都要面临的问题,只有成功转化学困生,才能保证全体学生都得到全面发展,完成教学的根本任务。由于高中化学知识难点多、内容复杂,学生学起来困难大,所以,学困生也在增加,为了缓解这一现状,开展学困生的转化工作是十分必要的。
The transformation of students with learning difficulties is a problem that every teacher faces. Only after successful transformation can students find that they are fully developed and their basic tasks are accomplished. Due to the difficulty of high school chemistry and the complexity of the content, the students find it difficult to learn. Therefore, the number of students who are still studying hard has also increased.
