文章分析了主体功能区建设的内涵及其对西部地区发展的影响,认为主体功能区建设既有有利于西部地区发展的一面,也有约束其发展的一面。对西部地区而言,要立足于比较优势,大力发展特色优势产业,按照不同的主体功能定位,选择差异化发展道路,加快机制创新,实现西部地区的工业化和可持续发展。
The article analyzes the connotation of the main functional area construction and its impact on the development of the western region. It holds that the construction of the main functional area not only benefits the development of the western region, but also restrains its development. For the western region, we should base ourselves on the comparative advantages, vigorously develop the industries with distinctive characteristics and superiorities, choose the differentiated development path according to the different main functions, speed up the innovation of mechanisms and achieve the industrialization and sustainable development of the western region.
