目的:建立白癜风片有效成分补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4.6mm×150mm)色谱柱,以乙腈-磷酸三乙胺水溶液(28∶72)为流动相,流速:1mL·min-1,检测波长为246nm。结果:补骨脂素在0.0354～0.177μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率在97.6%～99.4%之间,RSD为0.7%;异补骨脂素在0.0408～0.204μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率在95.2%～99.7%之间,RSD为1.9%。结论:建立白癜风片中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素含量同时测定的方法,方法准确、灵敏、可靠。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of psoralen and isopsoralen, the effective components of Baijufeng tablets. METHOD: HPLC was used on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS (4.6 mm×150 mm) column with acetonitrile-triethylamine phosphate (28:72) as mobile phase and flow rate: 1 mL·min-1. The detection wavelength is 246 nm. Results: Psoralen had a good linearity in the range of 0.0354-0.177μg. The recoveries were between 97.6% and 99.4% and the RSD was 0.7%. The isoflavone was linear in the range of 0.0408-0.204μg. The rate was between 95.2% and 99.7%, and the RSD was 1.9%. Conclusion: The method for the simultaneous determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in the system of vitiligo is established. The method is accurate, sensitive and reliable.
