[目的]考察灭菌水、灭菌生理盐水作溶剂制备供试液对食品中金黄色葡萄球菌检验方法的影响。[方法]取规定量供试液及金黄色葡萄球菌标准菌株加入增菌培养基中,作阳性对照实验。[结果]在同一种增菌液中,分别用灭菌水、灭菌生理盐水两种溶剂制备供试液进行金黄色葡萄球菌检验,检验结果一致。[结论]建议在现行标准GB/T4789.10-2003检样处理项下增加灭菌水作溶剂制备供试液进行检验。
[Objective] To investigate the influence of sterilized water and sterilized physiological saline as solvent on the testing method of Staphylococcus aureus in food. [Method] Take the test solution and the standard strain of Staphylococcus aureus into the enrichment medium for the positive control experiment. [Result] Staphylococcus aureus test was conducted in the same kind of broth with the two kinds of solvents, sterilized water and sterile saline, respectively. The results were consistent. [Conclusion] It is suggested to add sterilized water as solvent to test solution under the current standard GB / T4789.10-2003.
