近年来,廉租房相关问题受到社会各界的广泛关注,如何尽快有效地推进各地廉租房建设成为了现实条件下值得研究的理论问题。本文从分析现阶段我国廉租房制度的现实困境入手,借鉴国外实例廉租房制度的相关经验,对我国廉租房制度的实施路径提出个人看法和建议。
In recent years, low-cost housing-related issues have drawn wide attention from all sectors of society. How to effectively promote the construction of low-rent housing around the country has become a theoretical issue worthy of study under realistic conditions. This article begins with the analysis of the current difficulties of the low-rent housing system in our country and draws lessons from the experiences of foreign-owned low-rent housing systems. It also puts forward personal opinions and suggestions on the implementation of the low-rent housing system in our country.
