工业废弃物循环利用网络组织间冲突是客观存在的,由于成员企业间冲突导致工业共生系统“横向耦合,纵向闭合”难以形成规模。文章以企业间冲突为题,以网络组织成员企业间的关系理论为基础,从结构性冲突和经营性冲突的视角,系统研究了工业废弃物循环利用网络成员企业间冲突的表现形式、冲突的根源,以及冲突的管理策略。
