用有限元方法计算扁头的应力时,(1)应根据扁头零件的具体结构、外载荷情况及零件的约束情况,确定计算的力学模型,从而计算出扁头危险点的应力;(2)必须选扁头及和扁头连着的一块整体金属制成的零件整体为力学模型;(3)在同一零件上,采用不同类型的单元,并使用特殊的连接技术,形成一个完整的力学模型。这样做的优点是:可以减少大量的计算单元,从而降低上机的机时,节省计算费用。
