目的 :为了控制在上颌快速扩弓及内收切牙时产生的垂直距离增加 ,从而避免开牙合及患者的长面型。方法 :通过对12例患者在扩弓及内收切牙时应用牙弓夹板式扩弓矫治器及高位牵引的头帽颏兜加强支抗。结果 :上颌被扩大6.9mm ,前牙排齐 ,上颌磨牙未见伸长 ,下面高及下颌平面角基本保持不变(P>0.05)。结论 :此法对于矫治牙列拥挤时垂直距离的控制具有重要的临床价值。
OBJECTIVE: In order to control the increase of the vertical distance that occurs when maxillary maxillary expansion and adduction are performed, the occlusion and the patient's long form are avoided. Methods: Twelve patients underwent dental arch splint augmentation appliance and high-powered capped chin guard to reinforce the support of the incisors. Results: The upper jaw was enlarged by 6.9mm, the anterior teeth were aligned, the maxillary molar was not elongated, and the upper and mandibular plane angles remained the same (P> 0.05). Conclusion: This method has important clinical value for the control of the vertical distance when crowding the dentition.
