改革开放以后,中国民营经济经历了从无到有、不断壮大的发展历程,成为拉动中国经济增长的一支重要力量。在经济飞速发展的现代社会,民营企业的队伍逐渐壮大,但民营经济的发展在市场经济发展的要求下,明显存在一些滞后问题,使得民营经济的发展空间受到限制,将在未来严重影响民营企业的发展。本文围绕民营企业发展存在的问题提出一些看法。
