在如今的超市货架上,碘盐早已成为常客,反倒是看到那些没有加碘的食盐会让我们心里犯嘀咕,这已经形成一种惯性思维。不过最近两年,关于全体中国人常年一起补碘有无必要,长年补碘是否存在健康隐患的争论也很多。我们现在到底还需不需要补碘?补多少才适合?海产品能补碘的说法靠谱吗?这是个问题。
