Bard Shaw was an outstanding British realistic dramatist who was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature for the ideal?ism and humanitarism in his works in 1925. This thesis aims to deeply analyze the crisis of identity of the lower class represented by Eliza and Mr. Doolittle caused by culture domination with the help of the main ideals from SaidsOrientalismas well as HomiBhabhasHybridity, and explores the strategies for protecting the culture independence.
