黑龙江省包装技术协会第四次代表大会暨包装工作会议,不久前在哈尔滨市隆重召开。会上,认真学习贯彻了党的十五届四中全会精神;传达了中国包协第五次代表大会精神;听取并通过了省包协第三届理事会工作报告;讨论通过了《黑龙江省包装技术协会章程》、《会员管理办法》、《会费管理办法》、《组织机构管理办法》;交流总结了深化改革,强化管理,热心服务的经验;表彰奖励了一批在全省包装工作中做出突出贡献的先进集体和先进个人;选举产生了省包协第四届理事会、常务理事、会长、副会长,组成了省包协新一届领导机构。
Packaging Technology Association of Heilongjiang Fourth Congress and packaging work conference, not long ago in Harbin held a grand. At the meeting, earnestly studied and implemented the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee; conveyed the spirit of the Fifth Congress of the China Association for Encouragement; listened to and passed the report of the third session of the Provincial Association for the Protection of the Working Group; discussed and approved the "Heilongjiang Packaging Technology Association Articles of Association, Member Management Measures, Administrative Measures on Contributions and Measures for the Management of Organizations; the exchange summed up the experience of deepening reform, strengthening management and enthusiastic service; commended and rewarded a number of experts in the province’s packaging work Make outstanding contributions to the advanced collectives and advanced individuals; elected the fourth Provincial Association for Council, executive director, president, vice president, formed a new provincial leading organization.
