我国北方气候寒冷,大多数工业与民用建筑的屋面为保温屋面,保温屋面离不开保温层和找平层。水泥砂浆找平层不适合冬期施工,即使勉强将找平层抹上,也会被冻坏,轻者酥皮,重者酥心,因而一般北方冬季不进行屋面防水施工。必须在冬季做屋面防水的工程,只好用沥青砂浆代替水泥砂浆做找平层。但沥青砂浆找平层造价高,施工速度慢,这一问题已成为北方冬季进行屋面防水施工的一项难题。 1980年以来,我公司采用了低标号红砖做屋面找平展的方法,屋面找平层与防水层同时进行施工,不但可加快屋面施工速度,而且砖与沥青粘结力强,质量好,能延长屋面使用寿命。在两个冬季中用红砖做找平层
