本文通过问卷调查分析,发现利用移动互联网技术可以提升绩效评价体系的协同效应。因此,构建了影响协同型绩效评价体系效应的指标体系,提出了构建具有协同效应的移动互联网绩效评价体系的建设性建议。
Through questionnaire analysis, this paper finds that the use of mobile Internet technology can enhance the synergy effect of performance appraisal system. Therefore, an index system that affects the effect of collaborative performance appraisal system is constructed, and a constructive suggestion of constructing a synergistic mobile internet performance appraisal system is proposed.
