目的探讨心电图TV1>TV5、TV6综合征患者平板运动试验的临床意义。方法:回顾性对照分析58例TV1>TV5、TV6者与52例无TV1>TV5、TV6者的平板运动试验结果。结果运动前两组比较,心率、血压、年龄无明显差异(P>0.05)。运动后对两组运动时间、最大ST段下移、峰值心率百分比、运动试验阳性率等进行比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论心电图TV1>TV5、TV6可视为早期冠状动脉功能不全的一种提示信号。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of treadmill exercise test in patients with TV1> TV5, TV6 syndrome. Methods: The results of treadmill exercise test in 58 patients with TV1> TV5, TV6 and 52 without TV1> TV5, TV6 were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in heart rate, blood pressure and age between the two groups before exercise (P> 0.05). After exercise, the exercise time, the maximum ST segment down, the percentage of peak heart rate, the positive rate of exercise test were compared, the differences were significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Electrocardiogram TV1> TV5, TV6 can be regarded as early warning signal of coronary insufficiency.
