一、影响踏板准确性的因素 既然助跑的准确性对跳远运动的影响如此之大,那么,我们就应该在这方面加强教学、训练,为达到提高运动成绩创造条件。影响助跑准确性的因素是多方面的,归纳起来可分为技术和心理两方面。 (一)技术方面 主要因素在于掌握快速助跑技术不稳定。在比赛中经常观察到: 1.助跑的动作不规范,最后几步助跑出现抻大步或捯小步的现象。 2.助跑开始起动的姿势不固定。 3.助跑的步幅与节奏不稳定(如后踏用力不均匀等)。 4.助跑的前三步步长不固定,而前三步的准确性对整个前程助跑节奏和踏板准确性都有着重要的作用。
