一、指导思想深入学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神,落实深化教育领域综合改革总要求,把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,坚持育人为本、德育为先,把社会主义核心价值体系融入中小学教育教学全过程,以弘扬中华优秀传统文化为切入点,以德育队伍培训为抓手,以课堂教学为主渠道,以网上德育为平台,以选树典型为引领,以主题教育活动为载体,不断增强德育工作的实效性,努力开创我省中小学德育工作新局面。
