杭钢1号高炉炼铁优化操作计算机系统由一套集散控制系统和两台工控机组成。它替代了常规高炉生产过程中仪表监测温度、压力、流量等各类信息,由各种数学模型与管理软件构成的“软件仪表”,在线全方位参与了炼铁生产的技术分析、工艺计算、炉况判断、系统优化、生产统计、成本管理等项工作。该系统在线运行两年多来大大改善了1号高炉的技术经济指标,取得显著的经济效益。
