目的:探讨脑脉舒康胶囊对大鼠血瘀合并脑缺血模型能量代谢的影响。方法:采用注射地塞米松复制血瘀模型,模型大鼠灌服脑脉舒康胶囊0.9,0.6,0.3 g.kg-1连续10 d,于第11天给药后1 h,结扎大鼠两侧颈总动脉30 min,制造脑缺血模型;取大鼠脑组织匀浆,检测脑匀浆液Na+K+-ATPase,Mg2+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase活力、乳酸(LD)含量、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力。结果:脑脉舒康胶囊3个剂量组均可以提高模型大鼠脑组织ATP活力(P<0.01或P<0.05),高剂量和中剂量组可以降低LD含量(P<0.01),中剂量和低剂量组可以提高LDH活力(P<0.01)。结论:脑脉舒康胶囊对大鼠血瘀合并脑缺血模型能量代谢有改善作用,减少乳酸堆积,可以减轻组织结构及功能损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Naomai Shukang capsule on energy metabolism of blood stasis model with cerebral ischemia in rats. Methods: Dexamethasone was used to duplicate the model of blood stasis. The rats in model group were fed 0.9%, 0.6% and 0.3% g · kg-1 of Shoukang Shukang capsule continuously for 10 days. On the 11th day after administration, The common carotid arteries were made for 30 minutes to establish the model of cerebral ischemia. The brain homogenate was used to measure the activities of Na + K + -ATPase, Mg2 + -ATPase, Ca2 + -ATPase, lactate (LD), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. Results: Naomaikukang capsule could increase the activity of ATP (P <0.01 or P <0.05) in the three groups, and reduce the content of LD in the high dose and middle dose groups (P <0.01) Low dose group can increase LDH activity (P <0.01). Conclusion: Naomai Shukang Capsule can improve the energy metabolism of blood stasis model with cerebral ischemia in rats, reduce lactic acid accumulation, and reduce the damage of tissue structure and function.
