公务员是国家行政人员,肩负着社会和国家建设稳定的职责,其行为深受广大人民群众及社会的关注。然而,在这个物欲横飞的社会,面对形形色色的诱惑我国公务人员的职业道德也受到了熏染,享乐主义、官僚主义、贪污腐败等不良作风愈演愈烈,严重影响了党和政府在广大人民群众中的地位和形象。因此重申公务员职业道德修养,从公共伦理的角度规范我国公务员的职业道德建设具有积极的现实意义。本文基于公共伦理的视角对我国公务人员职业道德建设现状进行了剖析,并提出了相应的对策建议,具有较强的现实意义。
Civil servants are state administrators who shoulder the responsibilities of social stability and nation-building and whose actions are deeply concerned by the broad masses of the people and the community. However, in this materialistic society, in the face of all kinds of temptations, the professional ethics of public servants in our country have also been infected. The bad working style such as hedonism, bureaucracy and corruption has intensified and seriously affected the party and government in the broad masses of the people The status and image. Therefore, it is of positive and practical significance to reiterate the professional ethics of civil servants and regulate the construction of professional ethics of civil servants in our country from the perspective of public ethics. Based on the public ethics perspective, this paper analyzes the status quo of the professional ethics of civil servants in our country and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which has strong practical significance.
