Foreword Over the past 10 years, the Canadian Army (CF) has undergone rapid changes. The military drawdown and the rapid expansion of international airborne medical evacuation missions entrusted aerospace medical schools to redesign their regular training bases. The methodology reviewed the current trends in more detail, focusing on the needs of user units, changes in tactical aviation medical evacuation, and familiarization with life-saving procedures. As a result, the development of a comprehensive system between schools and employers provided continuous training feedback. School instructors are mandated to combat tasks and keep them versatile and in touch with the worldwide aviation medicine requirements. Revised training objectives and program guarantees at any time
