前言藏茵陈系青海、西藏等地民间常用草药之一,又名青叶胆(云南),藏名“斗大”“贾斗”、“机合斗”等名。尽管它没有被纳入药典,而实际上在西藏、青海、云南、甘肃川西等地的藏医很早就民于肝、胆疾病,近几年来为上述地区各用族人民广为使用,甚至已被现代医学所重视,提取有效成分,进行药理试验,制取片剂应用于临床。据称,在治疗急性肝炎、退黄疸有良好效果。藏茵陈一词系民间俗称,各地所用药源植物不尽相同。作者在收集与鉴定标本当中,初步摸清了藏茵陈原植物的种类,其中多种类的植物化
Foreword Tibetan Yinchen is one of the most commonly used herbs in Qinghai and Tibet, and is also known as Qingye (Yunnan). It is known as the name of “big fight,” “Jiadou,” and “co-operation”. Although it was not included in the Pharmacopoeia, Tibetan medicine practitioners in Tibet, Qinghai, Yunnan, and Gansu and Gansu were very early on the liver and gallbladder disease. In recent years, they have been widely used by various ethnic groups in the above areas and have even been used. Modern medicine attaches importance to extracting active ingredients, conducting pharmacological tests, and preparing tablets for clinical use. Allegedly, in the treatment of acute hepatitis, jaundice has a good effect. The term “Tibetan and Yinchen” is commonly referred to as folk, and the medicinal plants used here are not the same.
