尿酸是人体中目吟代谢的最终产物。由于体内瞟吟代谢紊乱而引起高尿酸血症。高尿酸血症又是产生尿酸肾病的病因。现就我院1978年至199．6年收治的原发性高尿酸血症29例进行分析讨论。1！日床资料1．1一般资料男性25例，女性4例。年龄40～60岁，大于55岁者24例，平均年龄56．l岁

Now on our hospital from 1978 to 199.6 years of primary hyperuricemia admitted to analysis and discussion. 1! Day bed information 1.1 General Information 25 males and 4 females.
