废塑料软融温度低,一般为80~250℃,因此高炉喷吹废塑料时可能发生堵枪。为了防止堵枪,模拟高炉风温1 250℃,对不同种类不同粒度的废塑料在不同直径喷枪和不同固气比等条件下,进行了热态模拟喷吹实验。对堵枪机理进行了分析,结果表明,喷吹废塑料时发生堵枪的因素很复杂,塑料种类、粒度组成、喷枪直径、温度等都与堵枪密切相关。但是,合理的粒度组成和相适应的喷枪直径、合理的喷枪结构和材质以及合理的喷吹工艺制度是防止堵枪的重要措施。
Waste plastics, soft melt temperature is low, usually 80 ~ 250 ℃, so the blast furnace may be involved in the injection of waste plastic gun. Analysis of the mechanism of plugging gun, the results show that when the injection of waste plastics, the factors that block the gun is very complicated, the type of plastic, particle size composition, spray gun diameter, temperature, and are closely related to blocking the gun. However, a reasonable particle size composition and the corresponding spray gun diameter, a reasonable structure and material of the spray gun and a reasonable injection process system is an important measure to prevent the blockage of the gun.
