近年来,随着旅客购票需求的提升,售票模式的多元化发展,各种旅客运输方式之间的竞争越来越激烈,铁路旅客运输面临的形式日益严峻。作为一个特大国有型企业,如何取得更大的经济的效益是根本。而做好客票营销工作是其生存和发展的根本,要切实做好铁路客票营销工作,就必须改变现有的营销模式。
