Lupus band test (LBT) is the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lupus and the prognosis of an important technology. In this paper, the results of LBT detection of lupus erythematosus skin lesions, normal exposure to the skin were analyzed and discussed. Materials and methods 68 cases were from our hospital, clinically and pathologically confirmed SLE 45 cases, DLE23 cases. All 15 patients in the healthy control group were from surgical traumatic amputation or debridement in our hospital
