在紧急处理SARS这一突发公共卫生事件的过程中,劳动保障部门采取了很多措施,诸如:在住院审查、医院选择等方面适当放宽条件,减少就医环节;采用记账、预付的方式,保证参保患者能及时住院治疗;放宽药品、诊疗、医疗服务设施支付范围,对在基本医疗保险规定范围以外发生的医疗费用,通过补充医疗保险途径予以解决,等等。这些措施保证患者得到及时治疗,对疫情的控制起到了一定的作用。
