江苏省苏北地区水资源配置监控调度系统工程是水利部确定的全国5个信息化试点项目之一,具有探索性强、覆盖范围广、实施条件复杂、系统需求和技术工艺变化快等特点。本文根据工程实践,对建设中取得的初步经验和认识进行总结,以期对今后类似大中型水利信息化工程建设起到借鉴和启示作用。
Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Province, water resources allocation monitoring and dispatching system project is determined by the Ministry of Water Resources, one of the five pilot projects in the country, with a strong exploratory, covering a wide range of complex implementation conditions, system requirements and rapid changes in technology and other characteristics. Based on the engineering practice, this article summarizes the preliminary experience and knowledge gained in the construction so as to serve as a reference and revelation for the similar large and medium-sized water conservancy informatization construction in the future.
