“北京共识”的概念并不能准确地描述中国所发生的事情,也不代表中国的经济学家与决策者之间的某种共识。本文提出了中国经济发展的六项显著特征,并认为虽然每一项特征都可以给我们提供重要的经验,但却无法被其他发展中国家加以简单效仿。中国的发展最显著的特征在于政府与市场的紧密相连。然而,中国体制的独有特征以及政府与企业构建关系的方式却无法被其他国家轻易复制。 The notion of “Beijing consensus” does not accurately describe what happened in China, nor does it represent a consensus among economists and policymakers in China. This paper presents six salient features of China’s economic development and argues that although each of these features can provide us with important lessons, it can not simply be emulated by other developing countries. The most prominent feature of China’s development lies in the close connection between the government and the market. However, the unique characteristics of the Chinese system and the way in which the government builds relationships with the business can not be easily replicated by other countries.
