α.干扰素(IFN-α) 临床资料表明部分纯化或重组IFN-α对3种肿瘤敏感:毛细胞白血病(HCL)、慢性期慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)和与蕈样肉芽肿相关的T-细胞淋巴瘤。目前研究者们正试图应用IFN-α联合化疗来治疗结节性低分化淋巴细胞白血病,探讨其延长缓解期或生存的可能性。
α Interferon (IFN-α) Clinical data indicate that partially purified or recombinant IFN-α is sensitive to three tumors: hairy cell leukemia (HCL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and mycosis associated with mycosis fungoides - Cell lymphoma. At present, researchers are trying to use IFN-α combined with chemotherapy to treat nodular poorly-differentiated lymphocytic leukemia, to explore the possibility of prolonging remission or survival.
