经济全球化的定义为国际套汇成本的下降 ,则衡量经济全球化的指标较多 ,其中国际航运运费率是一个重要的指标。国际航运运费率的高低如同关税对国际贸易的影响一样 ,影响国际贸易的发展。国际航运市场运输运费率的高低除国际航运成本之外 ,主要取决于国际航运市场的市场结构 ,航运市场的自由竞争是国际航运运费率较低的保障。当今国际航运市场存在较多非自由竞争因素 ,但随着经济全球化浪潮 ,航运市场近年也呈现航运自由化的趋势。本文拟阐述当今航运市场现状 ,并分析航运自由化前景。
Economic globalization is defined as the decline in the cost of international arbitrage, then the measure of economic globalization more indicators, including international shipping rate is an important indicator.
