以2011年3月南黄海与东海部分海域为研究对象,对其中48个站位海水样品的总溶解氨基酸(THAA)、溶解结合氨基酸(DCAA)、溶解游离氨基酸(DFAA)的浓度分布和组成进行了研究。结果表明:表层海水中THAA的平均浓度为2.98±1.72μmol/L(1.27~8.54μmol/L),DCAA的平均浓度为2.76±1.63μmol/L(0.91~7.70μmol/L),DFAA的平均浓度为0.31±0.21μmol/L(0.11~1.14μmol/L)。溶解态氨基酸水平分布的趋势大致呈现出近岸高、远岸低的特点,其中,DCAA与THAA分布规律基本一致。溶解态氨基酸的垂直分布特点为次表层与海水底层出现了高值区。春季南黄海与东海表层海水中溶解氨基酸主要由天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丝氨酸、甘氨酸及丙氨酸构成。表层海水中个体氨基酸间的相关性矩阵显示DFAA中有5对氨基酸之间存在显著正相关。研究发现海水中溶解氨基酸与Chl a、DOC、DIN等环境因子均无显著相关性。
Taking the South Yellow Sea and part of the East China Sea as a research object in March 2011, the concentration distribution and composition of total dissolved amino acids (THAA), dissolved amino acids (DCAA) and dissolved free amino acids (DFAA) in 48 stations of seawater samples were studied Study. In spring, the dissolved amino acids in the surface waters of the South Yellow Sea and East China Sea are mainly composed of aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, glycine and alanine. The correlation matrix of individual amino acids in surface seawater showed that there was a significant positive correlation between five pairs of amino acids in DFAA. The study found no significant correlation between dissolved amino acids and environmental factors such as Chl a, DOC and DIN in seawater.
